Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect on framix.ai, why we collect it and what rights you have. We collect as little as we can.

Who we are

FramixOS is a product of Framix (framix.net). Framix is the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, emailprivacy@framix.net.

What we collect

When you request access

Your name, email address, company (optional), role, team size, what you want to achieve, the AI tools you use, when you would like to start and your expected monthly spend (optional).

When you send an investor enquiry

Your name, email address, website (optional) and the details of your interest.

Technical data

With each enquiry we store the time it was sent and your browser's user-agent string. To limit spam and repeated submissions we also create a one-way, salted hash of your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself with your enquiry. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. A strictly necessary session cookie is set only for signed-in members of our team who manage the site.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and assess whether FramixOS is a fit for you. This is a step you ask us to take before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To answer investor enquiries. This is our legitimate interest in running and funding our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. This is our legitimate interest in protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. We contact you only about your enquiry.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and the database where enquiries are stored.
  • Resend delivers the email notifications our team receives about new enquiries.

These providers process data only on our instructions. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where it does, it is covered by safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and, if we go on to work together, for the duration of that relationship. If nothing comes of it, we delete the enquiry within 24 months of our last contact. The IP hash is used only to rate-limit submissions over a short window.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email privacy@framix.net and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
